Supervisory Skills Training

The certificate earner has completed the Research Supervisory Skills Training by the Centre for Higher Degrees by Research, Taylor’s University Malaysia. This training is compulsory for academics who can be supervisors for Higher Degrees by Research (HDR) students, including new staff members with research supervision experience at other institutions. This training aims at providing information and guidance to add value to the HDR community by apprehending the framework of HDR programmes at Taylor’s, the role of supervisors, supervisory styles and mechanics of supervision.
